We strongly recommend requesting a free trial before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to:

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

  • You did not receive your login information within 24 hours after payment

  • Your IPTV subscription did not work and our support team was unable to resolve the issue

  • A duplicate payment was made in error


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Failure to follow the setup instructions

  • Poor internet connection on the user’s side

  • Incompatibility with outdated or unsupported devices

  • Use of VPNs or multiple IPs that trigger account bans

  • Sharing your account with others resulting in block

  • Reason for the refund request

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support will result in permanent account suspension. We encourage resolving any issue directly with our team.
